Montisa Travel is not responsible for issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
5. Payments

Some services require full payment in advance, while others may allow partial payment or payment upon arrival.
Prices may change without prior notice; however, confirmed bookings will honor the agreed price.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation policies vary depending on the service booked:
Airport Transfers: Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled service (unless otherwise stated).
Tours and Excursions: Cancellation deadlines and refund eligibility vary by activity and supplier.
No-shows and late cancellations may be non-refundable.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed using the original payment method and may take several business days depending on the financial institution.
7. Changes and Modifications
Montisa Travel reserves the right to:
Modify itineraries, routes, schedules, or vehicles due to weather conditions, safety concerns, force majeure, or operational reasons.
Substitute services with comparable alternatives when necessary.
Such changes do not automatically entitle the customer to a refund.
8. Travel Requirements and Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to:
Ensure valid passports, visas, and travel documents
Comply with local laws, regulations, and customs
Follow safety instructions provided by guides, drivers, or staff
Montisa Travel is not liable for denied boarding, entry refusal, or penalties due to improper documentation.
9. Health, Safety, and Participation
By participating in tours or activities, you confirm that:
You are physically and medically fit to participate
You disclose any relevant medical conditions upon request
Some activities involve inherent risks (e.g., ATV rides, snorkeling, scuba diving, ziplining). Participation is at your own risk, and you agree to follow all safety guidelines.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Montisa Travel shall not be liable for injuries, losses, accidents, delays, damages, or expenses caused by third parties, weather, acts of God, government actions, or unforeseen circumstances.
Our liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the specific service booked.

Some services are operated by independent third-party providers. Montisa Travel acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for the acts, omissions, or negligence of such suppliers.
